Execute plan for breakdown activities, do keep spare and team ready. • Raised PR and its approval from authority, checked for its PO status, follow up of material from vendor party, and material management with SAP S4 HANA PM & MIS. • To evaluate cost consumption, water consumption, MTTR, MTBF, MTTF record, major breakdowns for work process improvement and to take corrective action against. • SMT (Strategic Management Team) Crew Member from Maintenance side participated in an important decision making of shift problems, breakdown, etc. • Accessing plant equipment and spare require details, maintaining equipment history card sheet, dispatch order of equipment with the help of SAP S/4 HANA PM System. • Managed execution of CapEx for modification projects, jobs, repairs and refurbishment activities associated with plant. • Assist respective discipline manner in spares identification for procurement, Reviewing and Identifying critical equipment spares, tools, accordingly raising material requisition in system and follow up with purchase team to maintain stock. • Statutory requirements for inspection & testing activities of pressure vessels for statutory compliances and audits. • Implementing KAIZEN, 5S, Line Walk activities for plant and system improvements. • In depth problem identification, troubleshooting and analysis to reduce breakdowns and conduct its RCA. Also, being work with MS CHOLA team which are looking plant safety aspects. Do HAZOP, HIRA associated with projects jobs and process. • Estimation and awareness of maintenance costs for modification of change required by process department. • Daily Tool box talk & Job Safety Analysis for major maintenance activity.

• Worked for Greenfield Automation Projects of High Energy Chemical Material Manufacturing (Acids & Explosives), there after looked for process and utility maintenance activities of same plants, repair and overhauling of mechanical system and equipment's associated within it. • Erection, commissioning, fabrication of new project plant structure, piping, utility, etc. • Planning for material resources and job schedule for execution of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. • Performing maintenance of plant and utility equipment's such as closed vessel heavy mechanical seal reactors, neutralizers, gear boxes, heating-cooling skids, piping system, air compressors, different kinds of centrifugal pumps, monoblock pumps, double diaphragm dosing pumps, HVAC system, chillers systems, vacuum pumps, mechanical seals of reactors and pumps, heat exchangers (plate & tube type), steam PRS, steam traps, scrubber-absorber blower systems, hydraulic mast & scissor lift, hydraulic cylinders, manual and motorized pumping power packs, air handling units, storage tanks, turbo vents and other mechanical systems. • Greenfield Project activities carried out as per designed documents and execute it from P&ID, plant-equipment layout, engineering-isometric drawings.
