Current role is designed for managing the selling aspect of projects within defined geography, however, the ideal candidate can grow within sales organization by adding geographies, business structure or add ancillary areas of marketing, collection etc as well.
Job Description
- Hitting monthly sales of 2 homes per team member in each project
- Achieving monthly collections equivalent to four complete units per project
- Achieving booking to 20% collection/Agreement To Sales time within 30 days of booking
- Managing sales team and maximising performance of 4 persons per project
- Tracking sales goals and reporting to HO as required
- Working in tandem with marketing team to reach target of approx. 1000 leads per week per project and improve quality of leads measured by number of conversions to sale
- Hiring and training supporting sales team to maintain team size of 4 per project/geography
Key Skills Needed
- A proven track record of driving and increasing sales and revenue
- Knowledge of best practices in sales strategy and day to day tactics and experience in executing it
- Should be able to sell ethically and transparently
- MBA Marketing/Graduates with experience in Real Estate/Insurance/Telecom/FMCG is preferable but not necessary.
CTC
- Upto 20 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
- Performance-linked incentives paid quarterly- On an average 80% achievement of targets can make bonus of Rs. 50,000 per month.
