• Male/female, Age group: 21-35.
• He/She should be a post graduate
• He/She should be fluent with Hindi and the local language of the district he is being appointed for.
• He/she should own a bike and Smartphone
• Proven track record of at least 2+ years in market development of sub urban and/or rural market
• Effective and impressive orator skills.
• Excellent Marketing & Convincing Skill.
• Primary level of digital skills- efficient in working with smartphone, apps
• Experience in Telecom/Insurance/Fintech/Banking Correspondents
