Requirement : 08 to 09 years of experience in R&D of Powder Coating
*Note – Because of specific skill requirement, prior work experience in Development of Powder Coating Products is must.
Qualification – Degree/Diploma in Paint
General fluency in English, Hindi and computer literacy.
Job Objective : Timely development of products and impart technical solutions.
Essential Job Duties:
► Design product formulation as per customer specifications and achieve business conversion.
► Prepare APQP & PPAP documents.
► Design new processes as per NPD requirements.
► Achieve cost reduction & performance improvement targets assigned from existing products.
► Prepare SOP for production and issue to production and upload formulation in ERP.
► Study customer requirements and check feasibility.
► Manufacture pilot lot with involvement of production, Quality and supply.
► Find gaps, Perform root cause analysis & take corrective actions
► Follow all safety instructions & usage of applicable PPE’s
► Maintain 5S in respective area
► Support vendor development team by approving new / alternate raw material.
